Is therapy right for me?
Therapy is for anyone seeking clarity, healing, or change. It offers a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can help you move toward balance, resilience, and self-trust.
What can I expect in a session?
Each session is guided by your needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe.
You don’t need to relive painful memories to heal. Instead, we’ll focus on gentle, effective methods — like counselling, EFT, or hypnotherapy — that help calm your nervous system and support lasting change.
How often should we meet?
Many clients begin with weekly or fortnightly sessions, gradually adjusting as they feel more stable and confident.
The frequency is flexible — guided by your needs, schedule, and progress.
How long will therapy take?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people find what they need in a few months, while others continue for longer as part of ongoing self-growth.
We’ll review your progress together and find a rhythm that feels right for you.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer virtual sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, phone, or WhatsApp. Online counselling provides the same level of support and confidentiality as in-person sessions, allowing you to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable.
How do I prepare for my first session?
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with intake forms. Please complete and return them 48 hours before our first session.
For online sessions, you’ll receive a secure link to join. Beyond that, simply bring yourself — there’s nothing you need to do perfectly.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is private and confidential, within ethical and legal guidelines. Your trust and safety are always my highest priority.
Do you provide after-hours appointments?
Yes. I offer flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to make therapy accessible around your commitments.
What if I’m not sure where to start?
That’s completely okay. Many clients begin with uncertainty. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s happening for you and find a path that feels supportive and achievable.
