Our sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and paced to suit you. I blend traditional talk therapy with integrative techniques like EFT and hypnotherapy (when appropriate), helping you connect with your emotions in a way that feels safe and empowering.
I don’t see my role as fixing you — but walking beside you as you remember your inherent worth and rediscover your authentic self.
